Refund Policy

In order to receive a refund we would like the courtesy of knowing the reason for the refund. Check one of the options below. If possible, try to make your refund request two weeks prior to the first day of class. If class has started, please kindly give the refund agency time to process your request. You can expect a partial refund to your credit card account approximately 7-14 days after your written request has been received. Due to the fact you are in possession of a textbook you will not receive a full refund, only a partial refund. However, if you have taken 25% of the class and decide to withdraw, you will not receive a refund.
